our journey
Studio shawarma began its journey on May 1, 2022, with the opening of our first branch on Bulevar Oslobođenja in Novi Sad. Our goal was simple yet ambitious — to create an authentic Lebanese Levantine concept that offers a true fast-casual experience, prioritizing food safety and high-quality ingredients.
Building on our success, we expanded with a second branch at Big Fashion in Novi Sad (formerly Promenada Shopping Center) on August 4, 2023, introducing a quick-service counter concept. We then established a dedicated warehouse and office in the same city to support our operations.
On August 12, 2025, we proudly opened our third branch in Belgrade, marking our most exciting milestone yet and bringing our Lebanese fast-casual experience to the capital.
